Melcourt Composted Fine BarkTM is used to:-
- Improve the soil's organic matter content.
- Help increase soil moisture retention.
- Improve soil texture and help break up heavy lumps.
- Aid nutrient retention.
- Aid root development.
- Aid temperature retention.
Product Description
- Melcourt Composted Fine BarkTM is an organic matter rich soil conditioner from our 'contract' range.
- Dark brown in colour.
- The product is free flowing and easy to handle.
Typical Uses
- Suitable for a wide range of professional and domestic landscape applications, particularly when it is required to improve the soil structure, quality, humus levels and water holding characteristics.

Application Rates
- Spread Melcourt Composted Fine Bark evenly onto the soil surface to a depth of not less than 50mm, then thoroughly incorporate into at least the top 150mm of soil.
- These application rates can be exceeded on poor soils or where deeper penetration is required.
