contract:

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods at the stated price on that day. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order and that a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that the goods are longer available or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. There will be no contract in place unless you accept the new terms.

cancellation:

Should you cancel prior to your products being dispatched, a full refund will be credited.

If you cancel once your goods are in transit, a refund will be issued less the costs incurred by us. Items shown as free delivery will incur the actual delivery and return fees associated with the item. Alternatively, you may make arrangements to return the goods to us at your expense.

Should you wish to return your goods, we will refund you in full less the full costs associated with the delivery and return (not the discounted delivery fees used on the website). Alternatively, you may make arrangements to return the goods to us at your expense. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us. If you fail to take reasonable care and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This returns policy excludes perishable items including, but not limited to turf, worms and sedum and items customised or cut to order including, but not limited to artificial grass or non-standard buildings and any item altered to the customer's specification. You may cancel your order up to seven working days following delivery.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty.

products:

All natural stone products may have slight variations in colour, size, weight and content and pebbles, cobbles and stones may contain broken or misshapen pieces because of this.

The sizes, weights and specification of products stated are approximate and can vary.

All complaints must be received in writing. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Turf and sedum are living products and should be laid within 2 hours of delivery onto a suitable surface. Turf must be watered twice daily until established and furthermore in dry conditions.

Unless specified otherwise, all buildings and timber items require construction on site and will often need minor cutting to materials to complete the project. This necessitates the use of tools as appropriate.

Notwithstanding the above, these terms do not limit the rights you have as a consumer under UK law or statutory rights, nor in any way exclude or limit our liability to you as a consumer for any death or personal injury as a result of our negligence. We shall have no liability to you for events beyond our control.
