Standard Features
- The roof and solid wood floor are made from 12mm T&G boards, with pressure treated rails to prevent rotting.
- A full mortise and tenon door, half glazed, half board. 3 lever mortice lock and Ludlow black antique handle.
- 600mm x 450mm mortise and tenon window, openers with Ludlow lockable casement fastener and casement stay.
- Windows are glazed with 4mm glass and are set with clear mastic and quality beads.
- Available as standard in 12mm cladding or 22mm optional upgrade and use a 50mm x 50mm framing to reduce the possibly of warping.
- Available in sizes 8 x 6, 10 x 6, 10 x 8, 14 x 8, 18 x 8, 10 x 10, 14 x 10, 18 x 10 all sizes plus a 3' verandah
- All buildings are built individually to your specification. Door and window positions can be changed to meet your requirements.
We offer a range of roof coverings and colour options if required. Our buildings are designed and supplied for you to self install but we also offer a full installation service.
