Meadowmat - 30 Square Metres
Meadowmat contains a whopping 34 different species of native British wild flowers and grasses. Remember though - this is a natural product, the seeds are sown randomly and will germinate in their own time - We can't promise that every piece of Meadowmat will contain every species in the seed mix.
Half of the seedmix by weight consists of wild grasses; These shade the ground from heat and provide a safe place for minibeasts to feed, shelter and overwinter.

Meadowmat has been developed, amongst other reasons, to help meet the needs of pollinating insects such as bees, butterflies, moths and hoverflies. These creatures are vital to the success of food crops such as peas, beans, oilseed rape and fruit and it is reported that UK crop pollination by insects is valued at £440 million per annum -
