They are quick to lay (no foundations to be dug or concrete to be poured), so you can erect your timber or modular building on the same day; and this structurally engineered product has fine precision adjustability built into it so that you get your levels right.....every time.

![]() Bracket Heavy gauge, galvanised plate steel bracket, laser cut and formed cut of one piece, with M30 nut to which allows up to 50mm final adjustment to the level of the building at any stage of the construction. Top stone 350 x 350 x 125mm Pre-cast reinforced 50 Newton strength concrete shaped stone with cast in place bearing location for the Swift Bracket on the top and recess underneath for interlocking with the base stones. Grid This grid has been designed to improve the loading bearing and drainage characteristics of the ground upon which the Swift Foundation sits. Placed into the ground on a square of geotextile membrane and then filled with pea gravel it forms an integral part of the foundation system.
