Easy to use, interlocking, high strength, precast concrete dry foundations which can be carried on to site, ideal for both lightweight and heavy duty structures, and suitable for many applications including Timber Homes; Log Cabins; Garden Offices and Buildings; Village Halls; School or University Buildings; Cricket Pavilions; Permanent or Temporary Modular Structures; Decking; and for any raised floor applications.
They are quick to lay (no foundations to be dug or concrete to be poured), so you can erect your timber or modular building on the same day; and this structurally engineered product has fine precision adjustability built into it so that you get your levels right.....every time.

Ground preparation 1. Dig hole for plinth and add membrane 2. Place grid and surround with pea gravel 3. Build raft and secure to brackets 4. Lay foundation bearers from your log kit 5. Secure bearers to raft

 Bracket Heavy gauge, galvanised plate steel bracket, laser cut and formed cut of one piece, with M30 nut to which allows up to 50mm final adjustment to the level of the building at any stage of the construction. Top stone 350 x 350 x 125mm Pre-cast reinforced 50 Newton strength concrete shaped stone with cast in place bearing location for the Swift Bracket on the top and recess underneath for interlocking with the base stones. Grid This grid has been designed to improve the loading bearing and drainage characteristics of the ground upon which the Swift Foundation sits. Placed into the ground on a square of geotextile membrane and then filled with pea gravel it forms an integral part of the foundation system.
