All our misters come complete with a transformer and include low water level cut outs. They add a touch of mystery to any water feature or garden. In deeper water a float can be used to maintain the correct depth of water, to ensure maximum performance from the mister. Ceramic membranes can easily be exchanged, havig a lifespan of approximately 5000 working hours - dependant on the quality of the water. Should the membrane get contaminated, it can be cleaned with a soft cloth, when disconnected from the mains power supply. Using de-ionised water will increase membrane life.
Most external mist makers are now supplied complete with an external transformer, 10 metres of cable (this cable must not be cut or shortened), 20mm diameter ceramic smart disc and patented water level switch, which will automatically stop the mister if the water level goes to low. To obtai maximum performance we recommend that these products are used in conjuction with the appropriate floats. This ensures optimum working depth.
