Requires topping with 20kg of silica sand per square metre. Block paving sand is ideal.

Verdeturf is designed for both domestic and commercial applications. The open pile should be filled to within 2-3mm off the surface with kiln-dries silica sand (approx 20kg per square metre). The sand holds the grass in place and provides a natural appearance to the finished installation whilst protecting the tufts. Verdeturf is therefore strongly recommeded for use under swings or for lawns which encounter children playing football. Commercial applications such as golf course pathways are also popular as the sand protects the tufts from spiked shoes and allows the odd shot to be taken out of it if required.

This Verdeturf product is 4 metres wide. When ordering, you are determining the LENGTH you require.
